For recipients of a Greenstamp message
Greenstamp is an accounting and billing platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses manage invoices, bills, and tax compliance. If you received a text from us, it's because a business you work with uses Greenstamp and has added you as an authorized contact to exchange invoices, receipts, and related documents via SMS or WhatsApp.
An administrator at a business you work with added your phone number to their Greenstamp account and confirmed they had your permission to enable messaging with the platform on your behalf. To confirm this consent, we sent you a one-time message asking you to reply YES.
Until you reply YES, we won't send you anything else. Your reply is the only signal we use to confirm you actually want to receive messages.
Only operational messages related to the business that added you: invoice copies, receipt confirmations, document requests, and short replies from a Greenstamp assistant when you send documents or ask questions. We will not send marketing, promotional, or unrelated content.
