Terms of service for receiving and sending SMS / WhatsApp messages with Greenstamp
Greenstamp Business Messaging.
Greenstamp is an accounting and invoicing platform operated by Greenstamp, Inc. The Greenstamp Business Messaging program lets a Greenstamp customer (a business) communicate operationally over SMS and WhatsApp with individual contacts they work with — typically their accountant, bookkeeper, vendors, or counterparties — after those contacts have been authorized by an administrator at the business and have explicitly confirmed enrollment by reply.
Messages on this program are strictly transactional and operational. Examples include: a one-time consent confirmation request, invoice and receipt copies, document and information requests, status updates on filings and payments, and short replies from a Greenstamp assistant when a contact submits a receipt photo or asks a billing-related question. Greenstamp does not send marketing, promotional, or third-party content on this program.
An administrator at a business that already has a relationship with you adds your phone number to their Greenstamp account and confirms in the Greenstamp app that they have your permission to enable messaging on your behalf. Greenstamp then sends you one one-time message identifying itself, explaining that you have been added as an authorized contact, and asking you to reply YES to confirm enrollment in a recurring operational message program (or STOP to opt out). No further messages are sent to you until you reply YES.
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the operational needs of the business that added you. Many contacts receive only a few messages per month; some receive several messages per day during active periods (for example, when documents are being requested, invoices are being filed, or receipts are being processed).
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Greenstamp does not charge you a fee for receiving or sending messages on this program, but your carrier may.

Reply STOP or QUIT at any time to opt out and stop all future messages from this program. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, and END. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive any further messages.
If you change your mind, reply START to resubscribe, or ask the administrator who added you to send a fresh consent invite.
We use the phone number provided by the administrator solely to deliver messages on this program and to honor your consent and opt-out preferences. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing, and consent is not transferred when you opt out. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
